Maximum Occupants in a Room
The Rightly Rate Displayed Includes:
- 2 adults per room plus up to 2 additional children under 10
- Taxes (13%)
The Nightly Rate Will Be Adjusted for Additional Occupants:
- More than 2 children under 10, $15 per child
- Children 10 to 12 yrs old $15 per child,
- Guests over 12 yrs old, $25 per night
Reservation Cancellation Policy
All guest reservations are subject to following charges for cancelling.
During High Season:
July 1st to August 3rd AND Dec. 19th – April 30th
Cancelling 8 to 15 days before date of arrival:
50% of total amount will be charged against the reservation
Cancelling 1 to 7 days before date of arrival:
100% of total amount will be charged against the reservation
No Cancellation / No-Show
100% of total amount will be charged against the reservation
NOTE: During Holy Week, Christmas and New Year, there is a minimum 2 night reservation policy.
During Low Season:
May 1st to June 30th AND September 1st to December 18th
Cancelling 4 to 5 days before date of arrival:
50% of total amount will be charged against the reservation
Cancelling 1 to 3 days before date of arrival:
100% of total amount will be charged against the reservation
No Cancellation / No-Show
100% of total amount will be charged against the reservation
All cancellations must include confirmation of notification by Blue River Resort
