Our natural mineral hot spring pools are a great compliment to a spa treatment. Also, the many physical activities available provided you the opportunity to vacation healthily and happily. So set aside some time away from your eco-tours, to treat yourself to the mineral "green" hot springs pools, the gym, saunas, and relaxing botanical gardens.

Rules

Arrive at Blue River Spa at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment(s). Come relax in the saunas and utilize the gym. Upon check-in at Blue River Spa each guest is provided with his/her own locker, robe, bath towels and shower supplies. Blue River Spa has many amenities to enhance your spa experience

Gratuities

Spa gratuities for exceptional service will be accepted with appreciation. Gratuities are left up to the discretion of the guest and are not included in our prices, but often range from 10% to 20%.

Cancel or Reschedule

All appointments are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. There will be no refunds for changes or cancellations to appointments made within 24 hours. Please note, small group bookings and spa packages are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy.
