Protocols for Covid-19


At Blue River Resort & Hot Springs / Dino Park your health and wellbeing are our priority. In response to COVID-19, cleanliness and hygiene protocols have been set up to ensure the health and security of our guests and visitors.

Common Areas


As recommended by the Costa Rican Ministry of Health, hand sanitizer dispensers in are available in all common areas to encourage regular use for disinfection.
Tiki Bar and Restaurant


At the Tiki Bar & Restaurant, hygienic protocols set-out by the Minister of Health have been added to the high standards already in place. This ensures greater virus prevention for our clients’ dining experience. Protective face masks and gloves are worn by staff and tables are placed apart, in accordance with health authority guidelines for social bubbles and distance.
Dino Park


The Costa Rica Ministry of Health guidelines dictate social distance and social bubble protocols for visits to Dino Park. Group-size maximum is 6 people, and everyone must keep 1.8 meters (6 feet) apart. Guides will be wearing protective masks, face masks and gloves.
